Reset password to default:
the way to reset password to default is : 

1. Run Bi-Admin-> Select and click Print Server.

2. If display Password dialog, enter [+_*] in password dialog 
   (totally 5 characters) and then press ENTER.

3. Click "InitDevice" on main menu bar-> select "Restore factory
   default"

4. If display Password dialog, enter [+_*] in password dialog
   (totally 5 characters) and then press ENTER. 

5. The "Restore factory default" procedure will begin.
 
6. Close Bi-Admin and restart it.  The password will be reset 
   to be blank.

Note: All pre-settings of Print Server will become to default 
      while you do "Restore factory default", so you need 
      re-configure Print Server after do "Restore factory default"
